The Temporary Staffing Team is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and skilled individual who is able to demonstrate a well organised and proactive approach with a 'can do' attitude to join our temporary staffing team, covering all temporary staff requirements across the Trust.


If you thrive in a busy, constantly changing work environment, and relish the challenge of successfully covering our temporary staffing requirements for all staff groups across the Trust, we would love to hear from you.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their experience and knowledge of the Temporary staffing sector within the NHS and offers great career progression.

You would be part of a dedicated team who can make such a difference to patient care on a daily basis, whilst assisting with the reduction in agency staff usage for the Trust.

The role is incredibly rewarding, with a great and supportive team dynamic, where no two days are the same.

With current Hybrid working in place, we rotate between Maidstone Hospital, brand new offices just offsite and the possibility of occasional home working.
