A well-established and growing law firm is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join and provide cover within their reputable Commercial Property team.

This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team that has been recognisedin the Legal 500, at a forward-thinking firm that has a strong regional presence and is known for its exceptional standards of legal advice and client service.

The Opportunity:

To provide cover on all types of commercial property matters and become the team's 'go to' locum.
A locum role with the opportunity to cover a wide range of commercial property matters, often at Partner level.

You will have:

Sufficient PQE to cover a wide range of matters at various levels of complexity, including Partner level.
Relevant experience of handling commercial property transactions.
Local property background knowledge and experience.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
