Fantastic opportunity for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join my client, a market leader within the online performance management software market, specifically working within the Education sector.

The role is for the majority remote with trips into the officebased in the Southeast.

Currently led by a Senior Interim, we are looking for a Developer that has the future capabilities to become the Lead and to enter the business on a permanent basis.


_Responsibilities__:
_


  • Ruby on Rails development:
- to be able to design, test, deliver and implement new features
- upgrade the existing codebase

  • Support the product in house teams
  • Extend the existing development tools

_What you must have:
_

  • Strong commercial experience of Ruby on Rails (3 years minimum)

_Desirable:
_

  • Experience within AWS
  • Previous upgrade experience from Ruby on Rails
  • Education background

Remote working:
Yes (but flexibility to come to office if required)
