We are a privately-owned company operating 2 country pubs and kitchens on the outskirts of Doncaster/Retford and are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic front of house Supervisor to work in conjunction with our manager.

You must have a good knowledge of bar and cellar including cask ales, all round ability to work under pressure in a very busy restaurant environment as this is a hands-on role.

We have an excellent reputation for efficient, friendly and informed service with high quality food and this would be a great move for any experienced supervisor.

All applicants should ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the catering and hospitality industry.

As the successful applicant you will be required to:

Manage front of house operations, bookings and staffing when manager not on duty
Maintain excellent levels of customer service

- assist the manger with owning and closing and cashing off

Comply with the highest standards of security, fire and Health & Safety, Hygiene and Licensing Laws and Legislations
Ensure total customer satisfaction
Straight shifts 5 out of 7 days
