Continuous Improvement & Projects Manager | Aylesbury | Hybrid | £60-70K
My client are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Projects Manager to focus on system implementations and business change.

This role would suit a none IT Project Manager or Business Analyst.

Main Responsibilities

Provide coaching and development to introduce and sustain the disciplines and mindset of continuous process Improvement
Develop all areas of the strategy into clear and simple projects and actions plans, driving the process to completion
Create a programme infrastructure including benefits measurement and realisation
Deliver sustainable improvements in key business metrics by leading and managing projects and change programmes
Quality certifications and management maintenance of ISO90001 and achievement of ISO(phone number removed) and beyond

Requirements:

Demonstrable track record of success in introducing and sustaining continuous improvement
Demonstrable track record of successful project management
MS 365
