Continuous Improvement & Projects Manager | Aylesbury | Hybrid | £60-70K
My client are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Projects Manager to focus on system implementations and business change.

This role would suit a none IT Project Manager or Business Analyst.


Main Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and development to introduce and sustain the disciplines and mindset of continuous process Improvement
  • Develop all areas of the strategy into clear and simple projects and actions plans, driving the process to completion
  • Create a programme infrastructure including benefits measurement and realisation
  • Deliver sustainable improvements in key business metrics by leading and managing projects and change programmes
  • Quality certifications and management maintenance of ISO90001 and achievement of ISO(phone number removed) and beyond

Requirements:


  • Demonstrable track record of success in introducing and sustaining continuous improvement
  • Demonstrable track record of successful project management
  • MS 365
