What we need from you as a Business Support Administrator:

  • No experience necessary, although exposure to administration roles would be an advantage
  • Be friendly, proactive and ready for a challenge
  • Have excellent numeric and written skills
  • Have verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Use your own initiative but also know when to seek support
  • Have a good cando attitude with active listening skills
  • Be dynamic and highly motivated and organised

What the role involves:


  • Supporting Agents and Account Executives with monthly renewals including appointment making, preparation of renewals and post renewal remedial work
  • Utilising the Customer Relationship Management tool to maximise efficiency and enhance the customer journey
  • Completion of postrenewal reports to be issued to the customer
  • Collation of relevant documentation
  • Robust follow up of leads and quotes outstanding
  • Effectively manage the Agents diaries for customer and prospecting appointments and internal meetings
  • Arrange client dinner/drinks where appropriate
  • Travel arrangements for the Agents where appropriate

Training:


  • Full training and support offered for role. Beyond that PDP created to outline roadmap of progression depending on personal desire
  • For initial training purposes, travel to their Warwick and/or Stratford offices may be required. (This will be discussed at interview stage).

Salary/Package:
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum


Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. No weekends. Open to part time or flexible hours within the opening hours. Ability to WFH as and when.
