An exciting opportunity has arisen within our diverse agricultural and utility contracting enterprise for an Operations Co-Ordinator.
FGS Agri has been built on the ethos of providing a one stop shop for all outsourced agricultural services required by the livestock, arable farmers and utility providers across the South East.
The company prides itself on providing solutions to our clients promptly and professionally, whilst continuing to expand within a rapidly moving sector.
The role will be centred around providing assistance to the established contracting manager in the day-to-day delivery of services to the customers.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of machinery prior to works being undertaken.
- Processing of paperwork including quotes and completed jobs.
- Promote health and safety to ensure safe working environment.
- Preparation of work instructions.
- Assisting in forward planning of seasonal work activities.
- Overseeing staff operations and communication with customers.
- Assisting in the generation of operational costings.
- Provide staff training and competency checks.
- Providing occasional sickness, holiday, and seasonality machine cover where necessary.
- Organise resources and labour to maximize efficiency of the contracting department.

- Full driving licence.
- 5 years practical agricultural experience
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions when required.
- IT literate
- Ability to work within a close team in a family orientated business.
