We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work in Specialist Welfare Benefits team within Citizens Advice Staffordshire North & Stoke on Trent.

We are currently one of the leading and most diverse funded local Citizens Advice organisations within the network. We receive funding from funders such as the National Lottery, Legal Aid Agency, and local authorities.

We are recruiting caseworkers (full-time & part-time) to join work in our specialist Benefits Team to provide more complex, specialist casework engaging with clients on a one-to-one basis over the phone and face to face.

Levels of advice work experience required varies from post to post - please look at the individual Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.

Have strong communication skills.
Be able to manage deadlines.
Have experience of working with the general public.
Work well within a team.
Have a good level of IT skills (Microsoft 365)
Be able to follow our policies and procedures.
Be able to observe confidentiality and understand the importance of Equality and Diversity in their work.
