We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor to join the Property department of an established Private Practice Law firm in Surrey.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

  • Managing varied Residential Property matters from the outset to post completion formalities.
  • Dealing with sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold), Remortgages, Transfer of Equity.
  • Drafting Contracts, Transfer deed, and title reports.
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property.
  • Good technical competence within Residential Property.
