ROLE:

Customer Services Advisors
PAY RATE:£14.02 per hour (£518 per week pre-tax)
JOB TYPE:Temporary ongoing (minimum 6 MONTHS but permanent likely)
LOCATION
:Reading Hybrid (Office Based once or twice a week) HOURS
:Monday to Friday Days THE ROLE**- Working in a fast passed call centre taking 40-50 calls per day.


  • Booking and upgrading smart meters for current business customers
  • Keeping up with weekly achievable targets
  • General Administrative duties

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience in call centre environments
  • Superb customer services & communication skills
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel)
  • Personable and engaging
