The Company you will be working for;

The Role you will be doing;

  • Work with the operations manager to assist with the production schedule
  • Assist with accurate forecasting
  • Handling paperwork
  • Sales order processing
  • Maintaining Stock Mins/Max levels and ensure BOM pricing is maintained
  • Place orders and provide general admin support on purchasing
  • Order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
  • Use of the CRM, stockcontrol and ERP software systems
  • Any general administrative tasks that are required by the business

About you;

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience using MRP Systems
  • GCSE qualifications in English & Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT packages, e.g. Word, Excel
  • Must be able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
  • High level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good oral/written communication skills
