The Company you will be working for;
The Role you will be doing;
- Work with the operations manager to assist with the production schedule
- Assist with accurate forecasting
- Handling paperwork
- Sales order processing
- Maintaining Stock Mins/Max levels and ensure BOM pricing is maintained
- Place orders and provide general admin support on purchasing
- Order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
- Use of the CRM, stockcontrol and ERP software systems
- Any general administrative tasks that are required by the business
About you;
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience using MRP Systems
- GCSE qualifications in English & Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT packages, e.g. Word, Excel
- Must be able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
- High level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages
- Good interpersonal skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good oral/written communication skills
Salary;
