Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their team. You will be a highly motivatedand suitably experienced individual.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.


Responsibilities:


  • The completion of yearend accounts, CT600 and Corporation Tax computations for a range of clients
  • Preparing and submitting personal Tax Returns
  • Assist with client Audits
  • Meeting statutory filling deadlines for Statutory Accounts and Personal Returns
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Managing new clients
  • Maintaining existing clients
  • Grow the business through referrals
  • Offer tailored and accountancy and taxation advice
  • Maintain client files on internal databases

Personal Attributes:

  • Have substantial experience within an accountancy
  • Good personal, organisational and communication skills
  • Be able to work on your own
  • Prioritise your own workload
  • Be professional, well presented and approachable

Advisable skills:

  • Experience of using IRIS AP, IRIS BT and IRIS PT
- experience of using Sage and Quickbooks
