Opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take over an already thriving team due continued business growth.

Based in Barston, Solihull and operating within the Financial Services industry, the business offers a range of financial services with thisteam focussed on offering niche services to high wealth individuals and property developers, building referral initiatives with agencies, accountants and legal services to generate leads.

This is a high performing team of 4 and would suit someone who has an accomplished sales track record, meticulous and data driven.

As a business they track results so the team has a full understanding of the activity required to hit their targets and ensurethey earn commission for their work.

Leads come from a mixture of sources including social media, website enquiries and building referral networks.

Your role is to motivate the team, monitor quality and consistency, provide training and development to newand existing team members, ultimately you will ensure the team are hitting targets.


  • Proven sales track record.
  • Previous experience managing and de developing a team.
  • Data driven and understand the value of quality KPI's.

Basic salary is £32,000 to £40,000 with a realistic OTE of £65-75,000 plus benefits.
