Job description - Digital Marketing Associate
In this Digital Marketing Executive role you will be developing and deploying communications across digital channels for the company.


You'll be working as part of the marketing and content team to create and deliver engaging and optimised online and social comms that underpin strategic vision and ambition (creatively and from a business perspective) as well as supporting all events and stakeholders.

You will also be looking at ways to build audiences online and socially.

  • Digital Marketing Executive job, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing and content strategy via multichannel approach.
  • Develop and implement social strategy to effectively support and promote events programme.
  • In liaison with content / marketing heads, responsible for managing the creation of digital assets and distributing content across all platforms
  • Brief in creative requirements to internal and external graphic designers and videographers.
  • Manage allocated budget to increase engagement rate and website traffic, sometimes working alongside external ad agencies for paid campaigns
  • Work with marketing and content team, along with key partners / suppliers on strategies and creative to improve digital performance and reputation
  • Regularly reporting on social content/ digital delivery plans and schedules
  • Measure and report on marketing KPIs
  • Manage SEO and Google presence to improve brand / event recognition online
  • Stay up to date with all digital tech developments, social and industry trends, implementing where necessary

Job requirements -

Digital Marketing Associate

  • 1 year + relevant experience. This could include marketing, social media, PR, creative agency, in house
  • A degree from university
  • Experience working with marketing strategy would be beneficial
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
  • Problem solving ability
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide data driven reports
  • Confident and proactive mindset
  • Right to work in the UK
