Description

This is a great opportunity for an HRBP to act as a trusted business partner to Head of People, in their contribution and leadership of management of elite sport in the UK.

Working across a variety of different teams you will act as a strategic Business Partner to Senior Managers and their teams, develop a thorough understanding of their business plans and HR issues.

You will influence and drive business thinking and develop HR approaches that support operational business objectives, team design and resource plans and help shape realistic, value-adding and innovative HR solutions.

This is a truly generalist role across Change Management, Recruitment & Resourcing, HR Strategy & Policy and Employee relations.

You will be able to demonstrate a Experience of partnering senior stakeholders with a confident and credible approach; developing HR solutions to meet business needs with excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and commercially and financiallyastute.

Knowledge of the sporting landscape or interest in is not essential but desirable.
