Each year this company's Head's get together to outline the future of the business, and they have identified that data being the heart of all processes is the way to success.

The Role

This role will require lots of work in customer profiling, customer retention statistics, and data trends offering interesting insight and context into the business and its loyal customer base.

You will work with management and internal stakeholders to drive a deeper understanding of our customers, their needs, and behaviors.
You will present your interpretations and insight, to allow the enhancement of customer strategies across the business.
In this role, you will be looking at a range of analytics tasks. identifying different commercial performance metrics, and building dashboards to identify how the different commercial products are performing.

Skills Required:

Strong SQL is required in this role and will be tested in the interview process.
As well as strong stakeholder management.
The company wants to see someone who can show clear insight they have drawn and how it has impacted the business.
Experience in Data visualization and PowerBI is ideal but not required.
