The Supply Room is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant position within a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset.

If you are punctual, reliable, and have a full-time availability, along with a genuine passion for working with people, we want to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant in this Specialist School, you will have the rewarding responsibility of supporting students with Autism between 16 to 25 years in various activities including Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

Working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will provide individualized support to help students succeed in their learning and personal growth.

This permanent position offers a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1, with a competitive pay rate of £90 - £95 per day.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.00pm, providing a stable and fulfilling routine.

The position is available for an immediate start or after the Easter Holidays, with notice periods of up to 4 weeks being considered.
