IT Support

Basic:
£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits


Role:
Provide software support to clients and ensure issues are resolved effectively


Location:
Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office

As an
IT Support Engineer (Software) ,you will monitor the support queue and uphold service levels for both responding to and closing requests.

With your strong verbal and written communication skills you will provide exceptionalcustomer service to clients, keeping communication consistent and clear.

With technical aptitude and interest in software, you will have the opportunity to interact with global teams to help improve software.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Support

**- Ensure issues that require escalation are done so in a timely manner to ensure that the client base receive the best possible user experience

  • Work to a defined set of SLAs
  • Clearly communicate to the client
  • Share ideas and be receptive to others

Experience Required:
IT Support

**- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, with team members, and across teams

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Desire to help people both internally and customers
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
