Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our busy but supportive and friendly team within the Community Child Health Information Service (CCHIS) based in Chichester.


You will be responsible for accurate data entry and extraction from the Child Health electronic record system (SystmOne) and support CCHIS in all their administrative functions.

You will not only be a team player, but able to work unsupervised using your own initiative.

  • Colaborate with colleagues to develop in house processes and office functions to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
  • Arrange, minute and attend team meetings.
  • Provide day to day guidance and support on administrative issues and queries from the team.
  • Manage own deadlines and responsibilities within CCHIS. This can iclude weekly or monthly reports which you are soley resonsible for.
  • Ensuring processes and guides are written clearly so colleagues are able to support with workload when needed (Annual Leave etc.)
  • Fufilling priorities on the team Rota, ensuring these priorities are met and supporting each other to do this.
  • Order stationary and other office supplies.
  • Cover the 17:00 finish once a week, have a flexible approach to this and be willing to swap and change days to support the rest of the team and service when needed.
  • Ensure that electronic or paper patient, staff and other service records are filed accurately in an easily accessible system and kept secure.
  • Complete accuracy of data input and data extraction.
  • Communicate verbally or in writing with staff at all levels, internal and external to the Trust, to ensure that a customer focused and responsive service is provided
