Job Overview:
We are seeking a Renewals Advisor to join our team.

The Renewals Advisor will be responsible for managing and renewing existing customer contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with existing customers to renew contracts and subscriptions
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Skills:

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers
Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
Strong English language skills for clear communication
