Crem recruitment are working with our established manufacturing and distribution client based in Haverhill to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator.
This is a key role and will support the team for a period of Maternity cover.
Applicants should ideally be available for an immediate start to ensure a suitable handover/training period and should be able to demonstrate previous experience within a sales admin/manufacturing environment.
Duties will involve:
- Maintain CRM system
- Input and process purchase orders
- Process orders
- Manage goods return procedure
- Answer queries relating to orders and deliveries
- Request credit checks and update company information
- Quality control data and delivery information
This a full time, fixed term role working Monday - Friday Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and be competent in all IT functions.
