Customer Insight Administrator

What will you do?

  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences
  • Running daily and weekly customer insights and sharing with the sales teams
  • Managing databases across several apps/platforms and filing systems
  • Researching market trends
  • Collating expenses
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Assisting with the overflow of calls in the customer service team
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Monthly reporting on business KPIs, complex pivot tables and advanced charting
  • Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns

What do you need

  • Advanced Excel
  • Running complex reports for senior management team
  • Hands on and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills and can present data
  • Happy to be office based 5 days a week
  • Degree or experience working in data analyse
