What will you do?
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences
- Running daily and weekly customer insights and sharing with the sales teams
- Managing databases across several apps/platforms and filing systems
- Researching market trends
- Collating expenses
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Assisting with the overflow of calls in the customer service team
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Monthly reporting on business KPIs, complex pivot tables and advanced charting
- Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns
What do you need
- Advanced Excel
- Running complex reports for senior management team
- Hands on and flexible
- Excellent communication skills and can present data
- Happy to be office based 5 days a week
- Degree or experience working in data analyse
