Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a leading west midlands Law firm in their search for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to come in as a Salaried Partner/Director.

This is a new role which has become available due to the firms continued growth with in their private client department in Worcester

About the Role:


Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Private Client Solicitor to come in and work on a variety of HNW matters supplied organically from the firms other departments and external promotions.

Some of your day to day duties will include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of files including: will preparation, estate administration, trusts, inheritance, tax mitigation and Court of Protection issues.
  • Providing excellent client care.
  • Engaging in business development to build the companies network.

About You:

  • A minimum of 8 years PQE with a focus on Private Client matters
  • You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients

There is a competitive salary on offer along with a firm wide hybrid working which has been successfully in place for a number of years.

This role will still require you to be present in the office 3 days a week however.
