Customer Development Support Administrator

Cardiff

£competitive plus bonus

Working for an established group consisting of 2 manufacturing business, due to their continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to strengthen the customer service team


You will also be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers providing information with a professional image, fostering productive relationships and providing excellent customer care.

Key Tasks

  • Answering any questions that the customer has about the company, products and services.
  • Pass information to the relevant sales and technical resource where appropriate.
  • Ensure the company CRM system is up to date
  • Liaise with the production supervisors to resolve customer queries and requests.
  • Assisting the Group Customer Development Manager with preparation of documentation for tenders and ad hoc projects.
  • Preparing the monthly reports required for each key account
  • Monitoring of loan stock to ensure that items are not lost in the field
  • Booking customer appointments, visits, exhibitions as required for other team members
  • Responsible for ensuring the time and attendance system is updated for the team
The person

Previous experience within Customer Service is a must for this role. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to juggle a range of tasks in a busy manufacturing/retail support environment
