We are looking for a senior expert in influencer marketing who will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our influencer portfolio as well as supporting the high growth trajectory in the consumer influencer work.

The role
Influencer is a strategic priority and business growth opportunity for Fleishman globally. In London we have a robust influencer team and existing client portfolio of influencer work for leading global brands.


This role will focus 50% on the existing brand influencer work with 50% of the role focused on working closely with sector leads to drive broader growth in sectors such as B2B, healthcare, tech and Financial Services.

Cross practice and key stakeholder alignment is central to the role, driving better integration with paid, data and content; and supporting with senior influencer expertise across the agency and new business prospects.


This role will also work closely with the Fleishman global influencer team (USA based) on global business growth and opportunities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing impactful audience first influencer strategies across our client portfolio.
  • Working closely with our analysts, planners, and creatives to ensure that data and insights are embedded in our strategies and bringing these to life through creative and engaging content that has impact and influence.
  • A strong client handler & communicator who can hold their own and influence senior client and stakeholder conversations.
  • Take a lead role on existing client influencer campaigns in the consumer sector and drive organic growth in this high growth sector.
  • Expand influencer/advocacy work in key growth sectors such as B2B, Tech, FS and Healthcare focusing on pillar brands with high growth potential.
