Job description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned company based in Castleford as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.


This is a magnificent opportunity for a anyone to gain/enhance their experience in the financial industry, or for someone who is available and looking for immediate work with purchase ledger experience.

The Job:


  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of key supplier statements
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Managing supplier and customer queries
  • Adhoc finance work
  • Management of accounts payable ledger

The Person:


  • Previous experience in a financial role (1 year minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Open to challenge
  • Proven experience of working well under pressure

The Benefits:

- £22,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
