We have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Recruiter to join a thriving Recruitment team
We're looking for someone with real people skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing
As a Internal Recruiter, you'll be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies within our retail stores.

Your key duties will include:

  • Advertising vacancies across multiple online and offline channels
  • Organising local selection events and recruitment days with hiring managers
  • Managing recruitment process administration
  • Ensuring compliancy with employment legislation at all times
  • Supporting wider team with Cobra Coffee (Starbucks) vacancies when required

Who we're looking for


As a Internal Recruiter you'll be comfortable working in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of retail and previous experiencein recruitment or recruitment admin would be a strong advantage.

In addition to this we're after:

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise own workload
  • Computer literate with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to the business
