An excellent HR Advisor role at a leading, established Management Consultancy.

This is a permanent role for an ambitious HR Advisor who is looking for a role within a high-achieving Human Resources team where they can stay long-term and grow their career.

This role will be on a permanent basis with hybrid working, from their beautiful well-equipped offices in the West End.

The key role responsibilities include:

Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing UK legislation
Leading on employee engagement projects
Supporting on the full employee life cycle recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, and development, all the way through to offboarding
Ownership of the HRIS (Workday), maintaining the integrity of the data
Managing Employee Relations queries efficiently and within current legislation to resolution
Supporting on all benefits, pensions auto enrolment and any reward matters
HR project work

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 4+ years working within a HR position within Professional Services/ Financial Services / Consultancy, ideally
Level 5 CIPD minimum or equivalent university degree
Strong knowledge and proven experience in UK HR and employment law
Highly resilient and confident in the work that they produce
Selfstarter highly proactive and motivated
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of HRIS
Workday, ideally
