An excellent HR Advisor role at a leading, established Management Consultancy.


This is a permanent role for an ambitious HR Advisor who is looking for a role within a high-achieving Human Resources team where they can stay long-term and grow their career.


This role will be on a permanent basis with hybrid working, from their beautiful well-equipped offices in the West End.

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing UK legislation
  • Leading on employee engagement projects
  • Supporting on the full employee life cycle recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, and development, all the way through to offboarding
  • Ownership of the HRIS (Workday), maintaining the integrity of the data
  • Managing Employee Relations queries efficiently and within current legislation to resolution
  • Supporting on all benefits, pensions auto enrolment and any reward matters
  • HR project work

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 4+ years working within a HR position within Professional Services/ Financial Services / Consultancy, ideally
  • Level 5 CIPD minimum or equivalent university degree
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in UK HR and employment law
  • Highly resilient and confident in the work that they produce
  • Selfstarter highly proactive and motivated
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of HRIS
  • Workday, ideally
