Sales Consultant - Remote - Permanent - £20,319 plus commission.

ARM are delighted to be supporting a business that is turning the Estate Agency industry on its head.

We are supporting them with the Recruitment of a Move Sales Consultant on a fully remote, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to proactively manage enquiries and ensure upsell opportunities are maximised.

Responsibilities

Booking viewings and home visits from direct requests both inbound and outbound calls.
Upselling products and services.
Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales.
Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs.
Effective management and nurturing of applicants and potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Sales and upselling products and services.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience working in a KPI driven sales environment.
Ability to forge relationships and nurture opportunities.
Ability to persuade and influence.
Resilient, positive and friendly.
