Role:
Business Improvement Consultant REF 72015

Contract Length:

An initial engagement of 10 weeks, with a break during whole of December and a further 4 weeks from the beginning of January 2024.

It is a 4-day week engagement


Location:
Hybrid/Crawley - must be commutable to Crawley and willing to go in 4 days a week in the office or onsite with 1 day pw WFH

Spinwell is recruiting for a Business Improvement Consultant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT

  • Engage with and influence stakeholders, including executives and senior leaders to ensure effective delivery of optimal solutions through developing understanding, buyin and engagement to changes to ways of working
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to scope business issues, determine and agree improvement priorities
  • Lead & undertake the analysis of the performance of complex systems across a range of environments, with key stakeholders to identify the scope to redesign for improvements
  • Identify optimal changes to ways of working to improve effectiveness to client requirements, developing plans and enacting collaborative plans to implement
  • Lead & undertake business change activities, including communications plans, to engage with key stakeholders throughout the delivery of interventions
  • Manage delivery to time, cost, quality requirements

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT

  • Experienced business improvement professional with credentials in any of the following: Systems thinking, lean, six sigma, operational excellence, continuous improvement
  • Experienced in a highly regulated environment
  • Experienced in public sector
  • Experienced working with stakeholders in all levels in an organisation, from frontline to executives
