As a Classroom Assistant with Tradewind Recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a diverse range of students
  • Assist the class teacher in creating and delivering exciting lessons
  • Work oneonone with students who require additional support
  • Support students with special educational needs
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment

Requirements:


  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people
  • Experience working with children is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to undergo a DBS check
  • Flexibility to work fulltime, longterm positions
