The job at a glance


Reporting to the CFO, you will deliver a range of legal services and support to the executive and management team across the business, overseeing all aspects of the company's contractual arrangements and obligations.

You will be responsible for establishing and implementing core contractual terms for the business and ensuring compliance with governance requirements and legislative developments.

You will be the go-to person to provide business-focused, practical legal support and advice.


What you'll do

  • Establish and implement core contractual terms, analyse and identify the legal risks and implications of key business contracts
  • Provide oversight and management of key contracts
  • Prepare, revise and finalise contracts and other legal documents
  • Provide advice and clarification on the requirements of any contract or agreement
  • Keep senior management informed of developments and in laws and regulations that could potentially affect the business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external legal advisers
