The client are a leading financial advice company based in the heart of Bristol, dedicated to providing top-notch financial advice to their clients.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of up to £28,000
- One day per week working in our central Bristol office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.

The role
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all client information is uptodate and confidential.
- Process paperwork and documentation efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
