Signature Bristol have partnered with a friendly, well known local Financial Services company in the hunt for an Administrator on a 12 month FTC.

The client are a leading financial advice company based in the heart of Bristol, dedicated to providing top-notch financial advice to their clients.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of up to £28,000
  • One day per week working in our central Bristol office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.

The role

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all client information is uptodate and confidential.
  • Process paperwork and documentation efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
