Account Administration/Supervisor_

  • Experienced Supervisor with strong administration skills required with proven ability and a excellent background in Customer Services.
  • To account manage blue chip companies such as John Lewis, LV & MA Assist in property reinstatement for the insurance markets nationwide, we are passionate in our delivery, to ensure that our clients/customers are supported in the best possible way.
  • Our offices are conveniently located in an attractive location between Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth, and you will be working with a great friendly team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a person with previous experience to develop a career in a successful service company.
  • The Successful applicant will supervise current administrators and help to develop a growing team.

PROGRESSION - There will be the opportunity to progress within this position to office manager and head up the full administration team in the future, with an excellent package.

Key responsibilities_

  • To work within an existing team and develop and improve through coaching and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, Outlook, Teams, Ecomaster Portal and various portals.
  • To ensure that work and calls are handled in an efficient and timely manner in line with, business targets.
  • Key involvement with the running of key accounts on both property damage and insurance.
  • Ability to demonstrate good organisational skills and drive to achieve/exceed predetermined company targets and KPI's.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the endtoend process of the job.
  • Provide ongoing updates to the Operations Manager on SOP of the business area.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contact centre technology and Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Flexible approach to tasks and ad hoc duties
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
  • The ability to demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to work, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Salary:
From £25,000 to £30,000.00 per year (experience dependent)
