Operational Risk Analyst up to £45k +bonus

We're delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing Financial Services provider following the opening of their newly created Hampshire offices.

With ambitious growth plans in place the team are now moving to the next phase of their expansion with the recruitment of an Operational Risk Analyst to join their growing team.

The role:

The role will involve coordinating and supporting the annual risk assessment cycle andprincipal risk reviews; providing dedicated support to client facing and business support functions to understand and drive improvement in their operational drivers,concerns and key risks; monitoring changes in the operational environment; driving jurisdictional reporting processes ensuring data is accurate and timely and will engage with business areas to develop appropriate KRI's that will provide real-time transparencyon how risks are being managed.

About you:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and business partnering skills are essential this role will have exposure across the business and will support senior stakeholders.
Strong analysis and interpretation skills; a commonsense approach and an ability to prioritise is key.
