Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our team.As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow call centre scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets and call handling metrics
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
Salary:
From £24,467.76 per year
