Emanuel Whittaker Limited has been operating since 1837.

We provide construction, regeneration and refurbishment projects to a variety of local authorities and social landlords across the North West.

Role
Responsible for the management of all allocated social housing refurbishment projects under the supervision of the Site Manager.

Works include full refurbishment of Social Housing Projects, internally and externally.

Applicants must have a proven background in this field of work and demonstrate the ability to hand over project completions on time and to a high standard.

Applicants must have current SMSTS and First Aid Certificates and ideally have NVQ Level 4 in Construction and Site Supervision.

Experience and Qualifications

Applicants must have current SMSTS and First Aid Certificates and ideally have NVQ Level 4 in Construction and Site Supervision.
Up to date knowledge of current industry standards
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
