Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours:08:00hrs - 17:00hrs

Start:
Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Contract:
Permanent / Full-Time / 5 days a week in the office

Location:
Dalston, London - E8

Company Description

Culture Guru is recruiting for their client, a family-run business producing jewellery for over 40 years with an extensive company portfolio, their speciality being wedding and engagement rings.

They have built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and innovation of which they are proud and they continuously strive to be the leaders in innovation and design.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be reporting to the Sales Managers with administrative duties and ensuring the smooth running of the business within your role.

You will continue to be a brand ambassador for this 5* luxury business and will work on being as efficient as possible with a positive attitude.

You will be the "go-to" person for managing and processing customer orders as quickly and qualitatively as possible.

The role will include but is not limited to the following;

Administrative support adhoc requests from Sales Managers/ Office,
Order courier updates to customers
Internal communication between departments to provide accurate updates to customers
Management of order processing from initiation to delivery
Quotation generation for customers

Skills and Experience

Jewellery industry experience and knowledge
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Determined to achieve the best resolutions in given situations
Superb communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Proven customer service skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines

Additional Information
This is an office-based role and you must be able to commute daily to E8.
