The Primary Pastoral Lead Role:
As a Primary Pastoral Lead, you will be supporting pupils across all year groups in various capacities.

Your main role will be monitoring the behaviour and wellbeing of pupil across the school, implementing effective intervention strategies, and mentoring thechildren on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

As a Primary Pastoral Lead, you will need to work with pupils in a nurturing manner, providing a positive, secure learning environment.

You will focus on the social, emotional and mental health of the pupils youwork with, running sessions with them in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
