Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants based in Perth to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their Bookkeeping Services team.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, the Bookkeeper will manage their own portfolio of clients and be responsible for meeting deadlines whilst using a variety of finance packages.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Bookkeeping to trial balance stage for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Daily use of Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks full training provided
