We're seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team at the brand-new 225-bedroom 4-Star Maldron Hotel Brighton, located in the bustling heart of Brighton.

As part of the Dalata Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences and warm hospitality to our guests.

As a Barista, you'll be the master behind our coffee bar, crafting delicious espresso-based beverages and providing friendly service with a smile.

Objective of the Role

Working in our newly renovated Bar using the high-quality brand Red Bean Roastery coffee you will be passionate about delivering great customer service.

You will be:

Welcoming and friendly
Experienced making great coffees and carrying plates (or eager to learn)

Happy to work as part of a team
Able to multi task and work quickly
