Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend and service meetings when needed, including welcoming participants, organizing refreshments, taking minutes, typing them up, and circulating them.
- Maintain and update mail-outs and labels for Trust and staff departments, advisory group members, voluntary and community organizations.
- Organize electronic or paper mail-outs, including typing, copying, and posting.
- Liaise with appropriate personnel to schedule appointments for the Head of Service/Management team and maintain an appointments diary.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder stationery, office supplies, and non-stock items as needed.
- Adhere to relevant Statutory Instruments, Trust policies, and guidelines such as Data Protection, Health and Safety, Confidentiality, and personnel policies.
- Maintain and update the department's website on the Trust intranet and contribute to communication on social media platforms.
- Contribute to the production of information for distribution across the Trust and other relevant organizations.
- Use departmental systems to record information, generate reports, and perform other duties as needed to ensure effective service delivery.
