A unique opportunity for a Finance Manager has arisen to join our market leading global client who are based in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

The company is made up of four key trading divisions and are known as leaders in their sector. This is a fantasticopportunity to join a multi-cultural firm at the top of their game.

As the Finance Manager you will report directly to the Head of Retail and will be responsible for the efficient daily running of a busy department leading a transactional finance team and contributing to the overall success of the finance function serving internaland external customers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a finance team
  • Collection of company trade debt
  • Settlement to clients
  • Monitoring and achieving set KPIs
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that will add value at month end.
  • Operating within policies and procedures

Key attributes:

  • ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
  • Knowledge of insurance products preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working to challenging monthly and quarterly deadlines
  • Previous experience working in financial Services management preferable but not essential.
