Person Specification:


  • Previous customer experience (preferred)
  • Confident telephone skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Must have a minimum of 1year relevant administrative experience, gained in the construction industry, or similar, or a customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player
  • Hands on approach
