Person Specification:
- Previous customer experience (preferred)
- Confident telephone skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have a minimum of 1year relevant administrative experience, gained in the construction industry, or similar, or a customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Team player
- Hands on approach
