As an HR Operations Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Advisory team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our advisory function, acting as first point of escalation for issues from the HRA and working with the wider people team functions to improve and implement changes to our overall processes.

This position requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will be responsible for handling various HR operational tasks and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to enhance the overall employee experience.


Job Description:


HR Advisory

  • Be the first point of contact to all business services teams, providing support and advice on all employee lifecycle matters

HR Operations Management

  • Design of new HR processes to maximise team effectiveness and enhance employee experience.
  • Lead and oversee daytoday HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding and changes in employment status to ensure the effective execution of HR processes
  • Oversees accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee records in our HRIS working
  • Actively manage data quality through internal auditing
  • Daily management of the HR inbox and delegation of work, escalating any concerns as necessary to the relevant HRBP
  • Supports Payroll team as appropriate with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes and queries
  • Work closely with our UK Payroll Manager during the weeks prior to our monthly pay run, identifying potential errors and ensure a full and accurate data replication into ECP.
  • Collaborate with payroll team to ensure accurate processing and resolution of payrollrelated issues and benefits, including salary sacrifice schemes

Policy and Compliance

  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations in the UK, particularly those relevant to the commercial real estate industry
  • Assist in the development, communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Independently manage end to end ER cases
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to address any complex employee relations matters and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Performance Management

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance related matters

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the HR Advisory team and other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Participate in cross functional projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within professional services, commercial real estate sector experience desirable
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience of SAP Successfactors preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
