MMP is working with one of the UK's Largest Housing Associations who are seeking for a new Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their team in South East London

About the role:

Demonstrable experience managing damp, mould and condensation remedial works or cases.
Good understanding of building pathology as well as a degree in Building Surveying or similar technical qualification.
Experience managing extensive, varied, and complex workloads.
Oversee and provide technical expertise to, and work with, our internal and external supply chain partners and stakeholders in the delivery of DM&C related works.
Help deliver the DM&C Improvement Plan and contribute to the development of a longer term solution for the management of DM&C across the organisation.
Provide a resident focused service, and ensure that we are engaged with our residents every step of the way.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers.
There is the potential that this role may also oversee a small team to help with the delivery of this function.
