Salary up to £25,000 per annum

(depending on qualifications and experience)

37.5 hours per week plus being part of the out of hours on-call rota

Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Team Leader you will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for receiving, prioritising and responding to all preventative and reactive maintenance issues relating to both clinical and non-clinical services to the Hospice, and across the LOROS estate.


Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are essential, as is a good understanding of health and safety work practices.
