Description
We have a great opportunity to join our property team as an
Administration Assistant Apprentice**.


This role will be based in our
Wilmslow office however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week following your initial training onsite.

As a part of this role, you will be supported in achieving your level 3 apprenticeship in business administration.

This immersive 18 -month pathway will provide you with an extensive range of knowledge, skills & behaviours for your forward career within our property division.

You will complete your study alongside your role and be provided with suitable development time.

Please note that a limited amount of study may fall outside of standard working hours, however you will be given time back to accommodate this.

This qualification is fully funded by Aldermore.


What your day will look like:

  • Managing all inbound and outbound Post, identifying priority for allocation to team
  • Managing safe storage and return of customers original documentation and legal correspondence.
  • Processing of automated customer mailings
  • Identification of Customer Complaints and Vulnerable customers

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong communicator both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage own time and work to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
  • At all times work to a right first time, to deal with queries effectively to reduce turnaround times for customers.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, working to identify better ways of working that contributes to a proficient overall customer journey.
