We are currently recruiting for an
Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Hampshire based client, who are an IT specialist company.
What you'll do
- Sales ledger including credit control.
- Purchase ledger and payment runs.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit card and expenses reconciliations.
- Raising invoices.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations with monthly movement and narratives.
Accounts Assistant - The skills you'll need:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Financial or accounting background.
- Transactional knowledge of SAP.
- A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently of supervision and be proactive in all areas of the role.
- Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
- Remain composed in a busy / fast paced environment.
- Team player with "hands on" approach.
- Excellent Communication skills.
