**Store Manager
Leeds**
Salary - Up to £30K + Bonus
My client is currently looking to recruit for a Store Manager for a
nationally recognised brand. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exceptional, driven and expanding business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will have the ability to motivate, inspire and develop staff, leading by example from the front and providing exceptional levels of Customer Service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to create and maintain a culture of enthusiasm and excellence.
To direct, control and manage all instore operations with your objectives being the achievement of quarterly sales, profitability and driving promotional activity.
A background in a sales or service driven environment
Possess a positive attitude to working as part of a team and on your own initiative
Motivated to achieve targets and goals, possess a 'cando' attitude, and have an open mind to learn from the best in the business
Experience in supporting a team to deliver sales vs targets
Have experience in working towards targets in a fastpaced role
You will be confident and highly motivated and have a real passion for technology
You will have experience of being a high achiever with a proven track record of a consistent sales performance
